Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us through our Contact page or at cabincareauto@abv.bg before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can assist.

We will inspect returned items after they arrive. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Where permitted, we may wait to receive the item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever comes first. Any legally permitted reduction for diminished value will be explained to the customer.
